Carefully slide the glass up all the way.
The door glass studs are placed through the horizontal track followed by installation of the 7 16 20 hex nuts.
Allow the rear lower corner of the glass to come completely out of the track and wiggle the roller clear of the door such that you now have the front roller still in the door in its track but the rear roller and bottom of the glass is completely clear of the door.
