You don t need to take apart the inner door skin and outer mirror housing if all you re doing is replacing the mirror itself it pops right out with a bit of force. Use a small slotted screwdriver to pry up and push down the locking tab so you can remove the small plastic cover behind the door handle. Attempt all work at your own risk.
