It is well designed tongue groove system which utilizes the cam locks to achieve superior tightness and uniform line. Insulated panels are joined together in required lengths to assemble peripheral walls partition walls ceilings and floor. The cam lock arm assembly in one panel engages the pin assembly of the adjacent panel and draws secures and locks the panels together forming a vapor proof tight. Result is highly durable panels with completely full and homogeneous insulations.

Specially designed eccentric lock mechanism ensures airtight joints and if required easy disassembly lock panels are real camlock panels offering you real disassembly capability. Cam lock cold room panels is composed of two galvanized stee sheets and rigid polyurethane foam in the middle. Each patented reinforced structural insulated panel can have the necessary cam lock fittings pre installed for rapid set up and tear down of your temporary walls. Cut to length lock panels can also be produced firesafe.

Doors and windows are placed exactly where site conditions require. The cam lock fasteners come in pairs a male cam lock latch and a female cam lock pin. Insulation foam is laid by the computer on the metal sheets in equal quantity in each square millimeter. With the modular camlocking design of custom cooler walk in coolers and freezers the insulated panels arrive on site ready for quick assembly.
