I was soooo frustrated today kept cutting into my mat it cut the top off several of the images i was cutting. Question cameo 3 is cutting outside of the mat so the mat is obviously 12 x 12. I cut a few pieces successfully but now every single image file cuts the top of the mat. I will put a sheet of vinyl but it always cuts above and to the left of the grid.

I have made sure the autoblade is properly loaded the bar is locked in place the mat is lined up properly on the left. If you re silhouette cameo is cutting above the gridded area of the cutting mat you can fix it by using the up and down arrows on the silhouette to scroll through until load cutting mat is displayed on the screen.
